注ぎ口のある美しいアムラシュ期のテラコッタ器。器体は半球形を成し、やや内反した口縁からやや平坦な底へと曲線を描く。内外とも装飾はない。体の各所に修復の痕跡がある。表面には土質の沈着、擦り傷、一般的な使用痕が見られる。体の一側には大きな欠けがあり、注ぎ口の先端付近にも欠損がある。
「アムラシュ文化」という語は、一般にカスピ海南岸のグイランにある考古遺跡で発掘された物質文化を指し、視覚的特徴が強い鉄器時代の陶器と金属の一群を指す。
ほとんどのアムラシュ陶器は、同時代の青銅器に美術的・形態学的に触発されたと考えられている。こうしたタイプのテラコッタ器は明確に注ぎ皿として設計されたが、特定の葬儀儀礼・儀式的な場で使用された可能性もある。
