緻密に造形されたアムラシュ灰釉のピッチャー。器体は、丸みを帯びた底部から立ち上がる長い卵形の胴を特徴とする。肩部は細く絞まり、短い筒状の首とやや外へ開いた口元を備える。口縁から肩部へと伸びる施された取っ手が付く。表面には地表の地衣類の付着、摩耗、擦傷が見られる。口縁には欠けがある。口部には修理跡があり亀裂が示される。なお、器は自立して立てることはできない点にご注意ください。
「アムラシュ文化」という用語は、一般にカスピ海南岸のギランで発掘された遺物文化を指す語として用いられ、鉄器時代の陶器と金属工芸の一群を指し、視覚的特徴が強く際立っている。ほとんどのアムラシュ陶器器は、同時期の Bronze（青銅）器の美術的・ typological にインスピレーションを得ていると考えられている。この種のテラコッタ器は明らかに注ぎ器として設計されているが、特定の葬祭儀礼や式典の場で用いられた可能性もある。
寸法（概算）：高さ約16.5cm x 幅6cm
来歴：1990年代、ロンドンの近東陶磁器コレクションの専門家所蔵の出所。
