Ancient Roman yellow glass beaded necklace (circa 1st–3rd century AD) with alternating small rounded beads and larger circular, oval and tubular beads, and a five-bead pendant, unclasped and threaded on string, in good condition with some age-related wear, measuring a half-length of about 40 cm (beaded portion ~21 cm); acquired from a private collection in 2000 and authenticated as original.
