Roman antique Empire glass bottle, a large cylindrical hinged-handled vase (Grande bouteille cylindrique ansée) in pale blue‑green translucent verre, 177 × 183 × 183 mm, dating to the 1st–2nd century AD, in good condition with stabilized fissures and a repaired lip, provenance Düsseldorf collection, authentic original with accompanying invoice, certificate of authenticity and export license where applicable.

がっしりとした円筒状の腹部、丸みを帯びた肩、やや円錐状の壁、滑らかな曲面の底、 Pontilの痕跡なし。
非常に短い円筒形の口部、縁は丸みを帯びた唇形、下方へ折り返すガラスの縁から上方へと戻る形のリム。肩から縁へと連なる多数の脈を刻んだ太いくねりの巻きヒモ状のハンドル。瓶身には複数段階で滑らかに仕上げられた細い円周状の刻みがあり、土壌成分が部分的に付着している。
