オウシュウコウノトリの冠の羽根 Atef。
おそらくオシリス神またはファラオの巨大な像の頭飾りのオシリア系コオリの要素。
縞模様のオウムガイの羽根で、取付用の耳金具が付いており、ねじれた羊の角の上に乗り、太陽円盤を戴くウラエウスが頭髪を飾る。
蛇は立ち上がり、以前は色彩を嵌め込んだ窪みを刻んだ空洞を掘っている。
羽根の下には軸関節があり、全体を2つの垂れ下がったウラエウスと連結している。
緑色の錆、金箔の残存と嵌入物の痕跡。
エジプト 古代～新王国時代、紀元前664–前332年。
高さ13.2 cm - 幅7.1 cm - 美しい patina。
