「セメウーズ」型の1フラン銀貨。風に向かって共和国を象徴的に蒔く姿を寓意的に表したオスカー・ロティ作で、モダニズム様式の流麗さと、皺の処理と髪の動きのダイナミズムが特長です。裏面にはオリーブの枝の上に1 FRANCの価値が描かれ、国家モットーに囲まれた、均整でエレガントな構図。本文には彫がはっきりと浮き出ており、元の輝きを保つ多色のパティーナ（金色と青味を帯びた色調）を下に見せ、特に裏面で顕著です。地表にはその等級に見合う微小な傷が散見され、全体としてMS64の保存状態にふさわしい、調和のとれた魅力を示します。
