“Semeuse”タイプの1フラン銀貨で、風に蒔かれる共和国を象徴した寓意表現、オスカー・ロティの作品で、モダン・デザイン様式、皺の表現と髪の動きに大きなダイナミズム。裏面には価値 1 FRANC がオリーブの枝の上に配置され、国章のモットーで囲まれた、バランスのとれたエレガントな構成。刻印は浮き彫りが明瞭で、虹色のカラー・パティーナの下で金色と青みがかった色調が特に裏面で視認できる。各部には微細な打痕があり、全体として調和の取れた魅力を保ち、MS63の保存状態に相応する外観。
