1958年に共和国が宣言された後に発行された最初のシリーズに属する、イラク共和国の25フィルス硬貨。正面には中央の円の中に25フィルスの額面が配置され、アラビア語の銘文とデザインの均衡を保つ月桂冠が添えられている。裏面には多指の太陽星を用いたイラク共和国の紋章があり、中央の穂が農業と国家の繁栄の象徴として配置されている。浮き彫りは非常に明瞭で、地板は元の艶を保ち、自然な薄い金色の光沢を帯びた美しい銀色の錬層を有し、MS63（NGC）に相応しい顕著な視覚品質を保つ。
