Christopher Shaw (1989) は、英国北部出身の多分野に渡るファインアーティストです。アフリカ系の深いルーツを持ち、世界を旅し一時期カナダに居住した後、ストリートアートの世界へと身を投じ創作の旅を始めました。カナダのグラフィティ界で多大な評判を築いた後、世界各地を巡って複数の国で作品を制作しました。英国に戻ってからは、北部イギリアの最も名高い美術学校の一つ、リーズ芸術学院でBA honours の美術学位を取得しました。そこで彼の実践は多くの転機を迎え、以前の経験から得たインスピレーションを心身の中に流し込み、独自の現代的表現を生み出しました。現在は国内外で展覧され、世界各地の認知されたコレクションにも多数収蔵されています。
