Elena Paraskeva はファインアート写真、コンセプトイメージ、現代のビジュアルストーリーテリングの分野で広く国際的な評価を得ています。
彼女は Saatchi Art に「注目のアーティスト」の1人として選出されました。IAA の会長は彼女を「写真業界の最大級の才能の1人」と評価しています。フロリダ写真美術館のキュレーターは彼女を「印象的なポートフォリオと写真における卓越した専門知識を持つ」と述べています。Adobe は彼女の作品を「驚異的な概念的イメージ」と評し、ScanArt International は彼女を「シュールリアリズムと概念的表現の巨匠」と呼んでいます。
