ボディと塗装
この1976年の Jaguar XJS は、真の初期シリーズの個体で、真っ直ぐで堅牢、構造的にも健全なボディを有しています。重大な事故歴はなく、パネルの適合も優れています。
最も特徴的な点のひとつは、現行の工場塗装である原色のグレーペイントをまだ着用していることです。塗装は経年による退色、くすみ、欠陥が見られますが、再塗装は一度も行われておらず、非常にオリジナルな“サバイバー”として価値が高く、真贋を重視するコレクターに訴えかけます。
