Porcelain covered pot from Desvres, France, hexagonal body with pans cottelets, blue camaïeu decoration of oriental figures and a florally garden scene, inspired by Kangxi porcelain, signed underneath; pot and lid show minor chips, lid topped with a foo dog; height 26 cm, width 11 cm, depth 15 cm; condition: fairly well used with some minor flaws.
