ARTISTについて
エレナ・パラスケヴァの作品は、機関・企業のコレクションに所蔵されており、スウェーデン公共美術部門（ Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（子どもがんウィング入口の500cm規模の大型作品）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）など、その他多数の機関・企業コレクションに収蔵されています。

2026年、世界的に影響力のある現代写真家のひとりとされるMagnumのアレック・ソースが、ギリシャ文化省の主催のもと、ギリシャでの展覧会に彼女の作品を個人的に選出しました。

作品は、ブリュッセルの欧州議会をはじめ、ニューヨーク、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、サンパウロ（ブラジル）、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フィレンツェ、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエナなどの主要ビエンナーレやギャラリーで展示されています。

彼女は4つの国際写真学会から「International Photographer of the Year（2024／2023／2021／2018）」に選出されています。
