清水安孝による strikingなぐい呑み（盃）で、 Living National Treasure 清水右一の息子であり、京都府指定重要無形文化財保持者でもある。
このぐい呑みは劇的な yōhen tenmoku（窯変天目）で施釉されており、深い夜色がブルーと淡い金の斑点の星座へと表面へ噴き出します。焼成での変化が作品ごとに一度きりの個性を生み出し、艶やかな釉と素朴で砂粒の足の対比が材料への作者のこだわりを物語っています。手の中で存在感をはみ出す小さな器。
清水安孝は父・鉄釉の名匠清水右一に師事し、日本伝統工芸展を中心に名高い実績を築いてきました。このクラスの作品は、元箱（署名入り木箱）付きで、京都の工房系陶芸コレクターにとって非常に魅力的です。
