トスカーナ州の歴史あるニッチョレータ鉱山からの重要な石膏標本で、黄鉄鉱の結晶と共生しています。
この標本には大きな石膏の結晶（セレナイト変種）、透明でよく発達しており、特徴的なガラス光沢とほのかな無色系で蜂蜜色に近い色調を有します。結晶は優れた透明度と調和のとれた成長を示し、非常に印象的な美的バランスを生み出しています。
黄鉄鉱は顕著に認識できる立方晶の結晶で、特徴的な金属光沢を持ち、石膏の透明さと心地よい対比を生み出します。天然の基盤と軽い酸化が見られ、標本の起源を証明しつつも美的バランスを損なうことはありません。
コレクターに非常に評価される二つの鉱物種を結びつけた、優雅で希少性の高い標本であり、イタリア鉱物学のクラシックな代表例です。
