イスラム様式のブロンズ製紋章リング―スタイライズされたクーフィー文様―イスラム文化―西暦10世紀から13世紀
ブロンズの紋章リングには、円形の台座が刻まれ、角ばった線の組み合わせによる抽象的な構成が刻まれており、スタイライズされたクーフィー文字を強く連想させます。中世イスラム世界では、このような装飾的配置が広く用いられ、筆記風・偽筆風デザインはしばしば装飾的かつ象徴的な目的を果たしていました。台座は raised border（隆起した縁）に囲まれた厳密に構成されたレイアウトを示し、視覚的にバランスが取れた、イスラムデザインの特徴を強く備えています。
指輪はブロンズに鋳造され、刻まれた台座を支えるわずかに広がる環（ホープ）を有し、力強さと優雅さを併せ持つ造形を示します。暗褐色とオリーブ色の考古学的パティーナが、鉱物の付着と時代的な摩耗の痕跡と相まって、長期間の埋葬と古代性を示唆します。刻まれた図案はよく保存されており、作品に強い視覚的存在感を与え、中世イスラムの個人装身具の魅力的な例となっています。
