エレガントなフランス製アールデコ二灯壁付灯。Schneiderと刻印された二つの花器状シェードが黄、クリーム、暖かいオレンジのトーンで組み合わさっています。

雲状のガラスは微妙なグラデーションを帯び、基部が深く、頂部に向かって徐々に明るくなる光の効果をもたらします。点灯時にはシェードが暖かく、雰囲気のある光を放ちます。

金銀細工のブロンズ取付は、向かい合わせの二羽の白鳥を飾り、翼を精緻に描き、中央のパルメット、渦巻き、葉のモチーフを取り囲みます。モールド成形の襟は、ガラスと取付部の間に品のある移行を作り出します。

Schneider France – Art Deco Two-Light Wall Sconce with Signed Yellow-Orange Mottled Glass Shades and Bronze Swan Mount – circa 1930

Elegant French Art Deco two-light wall sconce fitted with two Schneider-signed mottled glass shades in yellow, cream and warm orange tones.

The clouded glass displays a refined graduated effect, with deeper colour near the base becoming lighter toward the top. When illuminated, the shades produce a warm and atmospheric glow.

The gilt and patinated bronze mount is decorated with two opposing swans with finely detailed wings, arranged around a central composition of palmettes, scrolls and foliage. Moulded collars create an elegant transition between the glass and the mount.
