白磁のエレガントな花瓶兼置鉢、釉下絵付けの藍色Zwiebelmuster（“玉ねぎ模様”）の装飾を施した磁器。名高いベルリン王立磁器製作所(KPM)によって制作されました。ヨーロッパ伝統の中でも最も有名な装飾の一つであり、18世紀の東洋モデルに着想を得たもので、花のモチーフ、抽象化された葉、牡丹、菊、象徴的な果実が、調和と均衡のとれた構図で織り交ぜられています。
