The piece on the left is a shallow bowl featuring a milky white glaze with sparse cobalt blue accents, reminiscent of the free-spirited Kenzan style. The piece on the right showcases a classic blue underglaze (sometsuke) design, adorned with delicate orchid and grass motifs that evoke a sense of natural elegance. Both pieces possess a unique character, with the rustic wooden boxes further enhancing their wabi-sabi aesthetic.

Each detail reflects careful artistry, from the hand-painted decorations to the organic forms that sit gracefully on the table. The presence of the signed tomobako not only protects the pieces but also attests to their origin as valued studio works.

Condition:
Very good condition, with no cracks or restorations. The glaze patterns and slight irregularities are intentional, reflecting the handmade nature of the pieces.
