中世にはラピスラズリは慎重に守られ、粉末と特別な油を組み合わせて当時としては非常に珍しい青色を得るために粉末を研磨していた。だからこそ「アズール・ブルー」という特徴的な名が付いた。この石は過去から非常に珍しく特別な石となってきた。現代でもラピスラズリは高く評価されるヒーリングストーンであり、現代の室内装飾にも非常に人気がある。
一つの夢のようなラピスラズリの標本で、内部の鉱物の色が交互に現れ、独自の色の組み合わせが生まれている。
さらに正面の着色はほぼ完全に青色で、全体に走る輝くような黄鉄鉱が透けて見える。
本当に非常に印象的な一品で、品質と完璧さを象徴している。
