Bottiglia prodotta nel 1996 per celebrare il 35° anniversario della celebre rivista satirica inglese PRIVATE EYE. Contiene whisky distillato nel 1961 (anno di fondazione della rivista), da Cask n.1580, selezionato dal whisky maker F.A. Newlands presso la distilleria The Macallan. Tiratura limitata a 5000 bottiglie numerate in tutto il mondo.

ETICHETTA:
Capolavoro dell'artista gonzo RALPH STEADMAN (storico illustratore di Private Eye e amico di Hunter S. Thompson). Serigrafia a colori raffigurante uno scozzese in kilt che beve. Scritta ironica: "Could be 196 years old at last".

HISTORY:
Bottled in 1996 to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the famous British satirical magazine PRIVATE EYE. This whisky was selected by whisky maker F.A. Newlands at The Macallan Distillery and includes Cask No.1580 bonded in 1961 (the year the magazine was founded). Limited to 5000 individually numbered bottles worldwide.

LABEL:
Iconic screen-printed label designed by legendary gonzo illustrator RALPH STEADMAN (long-time Private Eye contributor and Hunter S. Thompson collaborator). Features a kilted Scotsman clutching a bottle. Wording: "Could be 196 years old at last".
