Artist: Pablo Picasso (1881–1973)
Title: La Petite Corrida (also known as Le Picador)
Date: Plate signed and dated 23.11.57 (lower left within the image).
Technique: Historic lithograph (not a modern digital print).
Features
Visible ink transfer: The reverse of the sheet shows visible traces of colour transfer from the printing process, a characteristic often found in traditional lithographic printing.
Paper quality: Printed on beautifully textured paper with a fine, slightly grainy surface and a matte, chalk-like appearance that enhances the artistic quality of the work.
Professional mounting: The sheet has been professionally mounted in a collector-quality passe-partout using an acid-free hinge at the upper edge only. It has not been fully glued to the backing, allowing for safe preservation.
