このフォテシュ「Aklama」は、ガーナのアダ語を話すエウェ／アダ族がヴードゥー信仰の儀礼で用いる儀礼的な品で、トーゴとの国境近くの地に暮らすエウェの領域で使用される。
これらの像は狩猟に関連するさまざまな神格を表しており、ヨルバ族とエウェ族にも共通している。
