インド伝統の金細工技術を代表する見事な一品であるこのネックレスは、約1980年に熟練の職人によって手作りされ、18世紀のムガル朝・デカン王宮の華美な jewel 言語に直接触発されています。純金24Kのシルバールックなしのイエローゴールドで作られており、緻密な職人技と歴史的に響くフォルムを通じて王朝の装飾の本質を捉えています。
デザインは、細長い筒状ゴールドリンクと粒状の円筒状スペーサーをリズミカルに配し、間に細かなサファイアを散りばめた、南アジアの遺産品に見られるお守り beadwork を思わせる意匠です。下部には豊かな天然サファイア（青）、ルビー（赤）、エメラルド（緑）のカボションカット珠があしらわれ、それぞれが鮮やかな色と有機的な趣を放ちます。これらの宝石は、手作業で質感を出したゴールドのスペーサーによる繊細なテーパーとともに、デザインの自然な流れを引き立てます。
