本作は眠らされていたRapunzelを題材にしたシュールな解釈で、王子を待つ部屋の中での彼女を描いています。頬に貼りついた糸は彼女の涙を表しています。
このプロジェクトはADOBEに依頼され、同社の3百万人超の購読者にライブ配信されました。
この画像には2つの「部屋」が作られました。針と毛糸のミニチュアの部屋と、モデルのための別の部屋です。

高品質パール光沢のFine Art Paperに、Archival・顔料系Gicleeのリミテッドエディションを、Epson UltraChrome HD Pro-12インクで印刷しています。

Elena Paraskevaの作品は、機関・企業コレクションに所蔵されています。例として、スウェーデン公共美術部門（Västra Götaland Government）、アメリカ・ボストン病院（子どもがんウィングの入り口に大型500cmの設置作品）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）、ほか多数の機関・企業コレクションが挙げられます。

彼女の作品はブラッセルの欧州議会をはじめ、NYC・パリ・東京・ロンドン・ドバイ・サンパウロ（ブラジル）・ウィーン・バルセロナ・ミュンヘン・クアラルンプール・フィレンツェ・フランクフルト・マラガ・リンツ・グラーツ・シエナ等の主要なビエンナーレやギャラリーで展示されてきました。
2026年、最も影響力のある現役写真家のひとりと広く評価される Magnum のフォトグラファー Alec Soth が、ギリシャ文化省の後援の下、ギリシャでの個展として彼女の作品を個人的に選出しました。

彼女は4つの異なる国際写真協会から、International Photographer of the Year（2024/2023/2021/2018）を受賞しています。

また Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris、International Photography Awards（IPA）、Neutral Density Awards など、国際的な評価と主要賞を受賞しています。

2021年以降、FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTSの審査員を務め、毎年複数の国際写真コンペティションの審査を担当しています。以前はAdobeの講師およびアンバサダーを務めていました。
