Handmade in Italy in the 1970s, this 18k yellow gold ring (weight 3.7 g) features a 1.00 ct oval ruby with six natural diamonds surrounding it (total 0.38 ct), for a total gemstone weight of 1.38 ct, with no laboratory report, in very good condition and EU size 54.
