静かに力強い信楽の陶器製徳利（とっくり）。落ち着いた灰色がかった茶色の表面は、自然の灰の沈着によって一方の面に温かなオレンジ-赤の閃光を帯びて生き生きと映える。口の広がる首、そして丸みを帯びた胴部が、現代の薪窯焼成の陶器に典型的な、地に足のついた彫刻的な存在感を与える。
高さ: 14.0 cm / 胴径: 9.4 cm。
【作家プロフィール】
三原研（Ken Mihara、1958年生、島根県出身）は、1981年に陶芸家・舟木健二の下で修行を始めた。茶道の造形展、朝日陶芸展、日本陶芸展など、数多くの主要展覧会へ選出され、日本橋三越や難波高島屋などで個展を開催してきた。作家の作品は、東京の高木盆栽美術館をはじめとする公共コレクションにも所蔵されている。本作品には原箱（署名入り木箱）と作家自身の経歴書（履歴書、keirekisho）が付属しており、写真付きで示されている。
