この1976年式のホンダ CB550F は完全に整備され、再び数年間乗れる状態です。
どんな作業を行いました：
- 燃料タンクは内部を清掃し、外装も元のホンダ色 Candy Sapphire Blue で再塗装。サイドカバーも同色で、旧ロゴはヴィンテージ感を残すためそのまま残しています。
- 前後の新しいタイヤ：ミシュラン Road Classic
- 新しい前後スプロケットと新しいチェーンを取り付け。
- フロントフォークにプログレッシブスプリングを装着、オイルとシールを新規。
- 前ブレーキパッドを新規、ブレーキキャリパーを整備。もちろんブレーキフルードも新規。
- 燃料コック新規、ボルト・ナット・燃料キャップはイエローで仕上げ。
- 新しいイグニッションスイッチとキー2本付き。
機械的には以下を手掛けました：
- メンテナンス：新油＋オイルフィルター
- バルブ調整
- キャブレターには新しいシールを施し、超音波洗浄で清掃。キャブレーションも調整。
- クラッチ調整
- 排気系には新しい排気ラップを取り付け
- 排気とシリンダーヘッドの間には新しいシールを追加。
要するに、長年使用できる美しいヴィンテージモトです。
