著名なメーカー PeDe（Peter Dienes）によって製造された、真向きなヴィンテージの壁掛け式手挽きコーヒーグラインダーで、20世紀中頃（おおよそ1930年代〜1950年代）に遡る。

本品は、アールデコ／流線型を思わせるファセット状のホッパーを特徴とし、深く濃い forest green の釉薬を施した陶磁器製で、元の同色の漆塗り木製壁掛け板に取り付けられている。挽き部は鋳鉄製で、浮彫の「Pe.De.」マークを配し、木製トップ蓋、容量目盛付きのオリジナルガラス製受け皿、そして turned 木製ハンドルを備えた鋼製クランクアームとともにつく。
