聖水盤 - 1750-1800

Rare pair of silver aquasantiere, richly repoussé and chased with marine mythological motifs (tritons) and stylised floral and vegetal designs, Italian-made in Mantua in the 18th century, with two pieces measuring 180 x 98 mm and 170 x 97 mm and a total weight of 173 g, in good used condition with minor age marks and a small bottom flaw, and including a vintage velvet-covered stand suitable for hanging or display.
