Willem, pen name of Bernard Willem Holtrop (b. 1941, Ermelo), is a Dutch political cartoonist who has lived in France since 1968. A regular contributor to Hara-Kiri, Charlie Hebdo and, for four decades, Liberation, he won the Grand Prix de la ville d'Angouleme in 2013 and is known for provocative, satirical work.
