紫砂の中国伝統粘土で作られた茶壺（宜興紫砂）で、つや消しのテラコッタ色、質感はややざらつく／粉のような風合い。

陶工の印：茶壺の底には四角い印章が押されており（漢字または篆書体の刻印）、工房・陶工・名匠を識別する職人品として典型的です。印は伝統的な中国篆書体（篆刻風）で刻まれており、幾何学的で角ばった線を特徴とする古代の書体で、正式な印章および芸術作品の印章として特に用いられました。

 Marque de potier : Le dessous de la théière comporte un sceau carré estampé (cachet en caractères chinois ou sigillaires), typique des pièces artisanales identifiant l'atelier, le potier ou le maître créateur.
Le sceau est gravé en style sigillaire chinois traditionnel (Zhuanzhu), une calligraphie ancienne aux lignes géométriques et angulaires utilisée spécifiquement pour les sceaux officiels et artistiques.
