A late 17th‑century Kangxi porcelain saucer, circa 11.5 cm in diameter, converted into a chamberstick with silver candle holder, grip and snuffer, decorated with mythical beasts and marked on the underside with an early Kangxi Daoist symbol and Dutch .833 silver marks; drilled through the centre for the candlestick and in good condition with signs of aging.
