Twentrain was founded in 2023 by Marijn Zeevalk. From an early age I have had a great affinity with model trains and have been active in collecting and track construction. After my studies I started as a model railway expert at Catawiki, but after working for 9 years as an expert and team leader for model trains at Catawiki, I wanted to work with the trains themselves again. I missed having trains in hand and really working with the material again. But with a lot of experience from this time, I wanted to be more than just buying and selling trains. I can say that Twentrain was created for and through a passion for model trains. Of course, a company is a new step and there will also be a business objective.
