I am a genuine collector. The proceeds from my auctions go to a good cause: a day program centre for people with a disability.
Shipping costs are always a topic. They have risen a lot this past year, sometimes up to 25%. The rates are visible in the lot. If you disagree, don’t buy. It’s as simple as that. I don’t force anyone to buy from me, but don’t come back with negative or neutral feedback afterwards. You know what the shipping costs are that are calculated, and a meagre consolation for the buyer: often they are still too low and we end up adding money to the shipping costs ourselves.
The following is important: if you do not pick up your parcel and it is returned, the return costs that I have to pay will be charged back to you, and the new shipping costs to send the parcel again must be paid before the parcel goes back to you. Unfortunately, in the past it has happened often that parcels are returned for this reason.
Damage to the parcel visible: do not accept or accept with reservation. Any kind of damage should be reported to me immediately. Unfortunately this happens despite me packing the items very well.
Note: if you do not collect the parcel and it is returned to me, you must pay these costs. Also the shipping costs that arise to send it back to you.
