I am a genuine collector. The proceeds from my auctions go to a good cause: a day program centre for people with a disability.
Shipping costs are always a topic. They have risen a lot this past year, sometimes up to 25%. The rates are visible in the lot. If you disagree, don’t buy. It’s as simple as that. I don’t force anyone to buy from me, but don’t come back with negative or neutral feedback afterwards. You know what the shipping costs are that are calculated, and a meagre consolation for the buyer: often they are still too low and we end up adding money to the shipping costs ourselves.
The following is important: if you do not pick up your parcel and it is returned, the return costs that I have to pay will be charged back to you, and the new shipping costs to send the parcel again must be paid before the parcel goes back to you.
