A striking mid-1960s electric wall clock by Metamec, England, featuring a 1960s white dial with raised black numerals and a brass bezel. The clock has its original domed thick glass front, giving it a crisp and elegant appearance compared to later acrylic versions.

The design is characterised by strong Space Age influences: bold colour, sculptural hands and three-dimensional numerals that create a vibrant decorative presence. A high-end quality vintage piece that works beautifully in retro, mid-century or modern interiors.

The original Metamec 230V synchronous motor is fitted at the back, complete with the original power cord and bakelite two-pin plug. The clock is in excellent (silent and smooth) working condition.
