Original Imperial Japanese Army officer’s visor cap from the pre-war / wartime period.
The cap features an elaborate embroidered military emblem to the front, gold-colored cords around the band, and decorative cherry blossom fittings on the sides. The interior retains its original lining and a handwritten cloth label.
This is an authentic period military uniform item showing considerable age and use. There is wear, fading, fraying, deterioration to the interior, and wear to the visor and fittings.
