威厳と王権：バミレケ族では、多色ビーズの格子状の覆いをまとったこれらの彫像は、繁栄・権力・富の象徴でした。ガラス玉の輝きは、王室・儀式用の物と普通の物をすぐに見分けさせるものでした。
