The works are shipped from the artist based in the United States to our logistics platform in France, which handles import and customs clearance, before being returned individually to our collectors without any constraints. The transport cost includes all fees from the United States to your home.

Karl Lagasse, a renowned artist, gained notoriety in 2009 with his One Dollar sculptures, ranking that year among the ten best sculptors under 30 according to Artprice. In 2012, the New York publication Farameh named him as one of the fifty best contemporary artists, inspired by traditional American icons, in its book FOR WHICH IT STANDS: Americana in Contemporary Art. More recently, in 2016, at the Art Paris Art Fair, the President of the French Republic warmly congratulated Karl for his impressive bronze sculpture of 2 meters, One Dollar, exhibited at the Grand Palais.

Karl's artistic journey began at age 7 with collages, prompted by his meeting with sculptor César Baldaccini. He then turned to tagging and graffiti in the Paris metro while remaining passionate about collages. Artist Yvaral Vasarely encouraged him to merge his tags with his collages. In 2003, Karl prepared his first exhibition in Paris, which led to his first solo show in 2006 at the Isy Brachot gallery in Brussels. In 2008, he returned to Paris with an exhibition combining paintings, sculptures, and video elements at the Espace Pierre Cardin.

Karl especially likes to unveil his works at international exhibitions. In 2011, he was represented by Bel Air Fine Art at the Art Monaco fair with his Cryptogram One. The following year, he presented his works One Dollar under the theme "In God We Trust" at the Artco France gallery. His 2016 solo exhibition at Atrium Gallery in Marbella, Spain, was inaugurated by the mayor, who praised his works in front of the international press.

2026: - Finalization of One Dollar Green Bronze 8 meters tall, weighing 7 tons. The world's largest One Dollar sculpture created by the artist.

2025: - Installation of the monumental Reflection of the Sun. Installed near the new Pavilion des Bains on the Michel d’Ornano Promenade, inaugurated by Mayor Philippe Augier on September 8.

2024: - Art Miami - Group exhibitions Galerie Nicolas Auvray New York. For the occasion, a bronze cryptogram 1m80 and a 2-meter One Dollar were exhibited during the event.
- 50th anniversary of the Deauville American Film Festival; the artist created 18 bronze trophies and a 2-meter sculpture to be installed at CID. Artists interviewed about the artist and who received the trophy include: Michael Douglas, Daisy Ridley, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, Mikey Madison...

2023: - Aspen Saint Regis: Installation of the 2-meter One Dollar in front of St Regis. The Aspen Times covered the event in a dedicated article.

- A two-meter-tall bronze One Dollar was exhibited at the Art Paris fair.
- The French president visited the exhibition and personally praised the artist for his work.
- First time in Spain at Atrium Gallery in Marbella, solo exhibition with new collections in presence of the international press and the mayor of the city, Jose Bernal Gutierrez. A special performance by his wife, opera singer Cherise Lagasse, who performed pieces from her repertoire.

2015: - Second collaboration with Maserati with the creation of a monumental installation titled "A Piece of Heaven on Earth". This work consists of a Maserati covered with a white plastic film and a sculpture of Jesus Christ. Around the car, several dollar bill sculptures are placed on the ground, symbolizing the repayment of humanity's greatest debt

2014: - Maserati presents worldwide the Maserati Ghibli revisited by the artist Karl Lagasse on the occasion of the brand's 100th anniversary.
