赤釉のファイアンス製の陶器で、白い流し釉を用いた組紐状の装飾、時折銅緑で刷毛塗りされた。中央に描かれた人物画の詳細（長い衣をまとい剣を携える男性）は、釉薬を擦り取りながら刻銘されており、スクラフティ技法によって描かれている。ファイエンス（ファイアンス）はドイツ・ヘッセン州のヴェルラ地域産。皿は専門的に修復済み。寸法：直径23.6 cm・高さ5.2 cm。
