金メッキのブロンズ製の脚に載せられたダチョウの卵で、竜の装飾が施され、ネオクラシックまたは神話的なインスピレーションを受けています。
卵は中身を抜かれ、ブローチの根元に固定され、燭台の形を取り、底には幻想的な生き物が飾られ、バロック様式の台座に彫刻されています。
この種の19世紀中頃の品として、卵を除くと後年のものですが、好奇品コレクションの伝統に完全に沿っています。
Dimensions : 30 x 14 x 12 cm.
Poids : 785 grammes.
