オリベ釉彩の花器（花入れ）- 花依 by 鈴木五郎 — 木製の箱付き
国際的に高名な陶芸家・鈴木五郎による縦長の円筒形花器。鮮やかなオリベ緑釉が流れ、粗い纹理と隆起感のある表面に滲む。銅緑の深い帯状の釉が未釉の土地の地肌に垂られ、水平の脈状の筋が刻まれた質感と組み合わさって、苔むした樹皮を思わせる大胆で絵画的な色と質感の相互作用を生み出す。躍動感と自信に満ちたフォルムは、現代日本陶芸における最も個性的で表現力豊かな声のひとつとしての鈴木の評判を体現している。木製の箱が付属します。
【作家プロフィール】
鈴木五郎（1930?年生誕？195?年生誕？）1941年生、愛知県豊田市出身。1961年の日展出品、同年朝日陶芸展で賞知事賞を受賞、1962年には奨励賞、1966年には大賞を受賞。1963年の東南アジア陶芸展に出品、1971年には日中友好国際陶芸展3回展で奨励賞を受賞。国際的な活動として、1969–70年に米国での窯業研修ツアーを行いロサンゼルスで個展を開催、1975年には朝日陶芸展75周年賞受賞後にロードアイランド・スクール・オブ・デザインへ就任、1982年にはクランブック美術学校で招聘作家となる。1998年には米国フランク・ロイド・ギャラリーで個展を開催、以後日本各地の百貨店・ギャラリーで幅広く展覧会を開いている。
