色は濃い青色です。香りは豊かで、熟した赤い果実のニュアンスとチョコレートの余韻があります。ボディは力強く、野生のブラックベリーの風味、絹のようなタンニン、長く香り高い余韻、フィニッシュにはチョコレートパウダーの風味が感じられます。第一皿と赤身肉（ウサギ・イノシシなど）と相性が良い理想的な組み合わせ。名エノロジスト、ミシェル・ロランが手掛けた生産はわずか2000本のみ。
特徴: 香りはブラックカラント、グラファイトのニュアンスとゼラニウムの香りのニュアンスを含み、香りはコンパクトです。口当たりは非常に新鮮で、塩味と柑橘系のタンニンを感じます。

The color is a dark blue. The nose is rich with hints of ripe red fruit and a chocolate finish. The body is full with wild blackberry flavors with silky tannins and a long, savory finish with chocolate powder flavors in the finish. Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 2000 bottles by the master winemaker Michel Rolland.
Characteristics: the nose is compact with hints of black currant, graphite and touches of geranium. On the palate it is extremely fresh with salty and citrus tannins.
