Contemporary hand-painted maiolica ceramic low bowl/plate by Enrico Baj, 23 cm in diameter and 23 cm wide with a 5 cm depth, weighing 500 g, signed on the back, produced in Italy in the Albissola Marina region in the second half of the 20th century, showing craquelé glaze and good used condition with minor age signs.
