東アフリカ産の古い手彫りルンギ、ケニア／タンザニアのマサイ族またはサンブール族文化に由来。
一材からなる重い硬木で作られています。ルンギはがっしりとした楕円形の頭部、はっきりとした手彫りの痕、そして美しい濃い使用痴化を示すパティーナを持ちます。末端には携帯用または手首用の紐を通すための古い手作業で施された穴が付いています。
退色、摩耗、および角が丸くなっているのは長期間の使用に伴うものです。
Origin: ケニア／タンザニア、マサイ／サンブール
Datering: 20世紀前半、概ね1900–1940年
