サハラ・サヘル出身の風格ある伝統的なタリグ族のテレク・ダガーで、おそらくニジェールまたはマリ出身、1930年代から1960年代頃を想定。
手作りの両刃鋼刃には半月模様が打ち抜かれて刻まれている。
柄は濃い色の革で覆われ、鉄の金具で仕上げられている。
元の革製鞘は赤・黒・緑・自然色で華やかに装飾され、幾何学模様、携帯用ストラップ、伝統的な房飾りが施されている。
