ボリス3世の成熟した肖像を左向きに描く50レヴァ硬貨。現実的で落ち着いたスタイル、顔の造型と髪の細部まで丁寧に表現。裏面には植物の構成がバランス良く、穀穂・オークの葉・バラが組み合わさり、繁栄と強さの象徴となっており、額面と年が中央に明確に配置されている。実品は浮き彫りがよく保たれ、盤面は大半が清潔だが若干の接触痕がある。全体として淡い銀色のパティナが際立ち、手に取ると魅力と存在感が感じられる。
