沈黙の中心は、足を止めることを促す作品です。
その構成は、青みがかった穏やかで包み込むような雰囲気の中に生まれ、巨大な円が絵のすべてのエネルギーを集約しているように見えます。視線は自然とその中心へ向き、すべてが静まるときだけ辿り着くことができる静寂の空間を、作品がそこに隠しているかのように感じられます。

上部では、円形の線描がほとんど催眠的な感覚を生み出します。霧、空、地平の間を漂うように。下部では、物質はより存在感と動きを帯びます。筆致、質感、青が灰色がかった層の重なりは、海の表面を思わせる一方で、より内的な何かを示唆します。思考、感情、記憶が動きを保つ中で、中心にはすべてが均衡を見出しているように見えます。

この作品は特定の場所を描こうとはしていません。むしろ感覚です：外を見つめるのをやめ、内へと目を向け始める瞬間。

青みがかった色調、灰色がかった色、緑がかった色が、特に穏やかで洗練された存在感を生み出します。照明によって、さまざまなニュアンスが現れます。冷たい光の下ではより儚く静かになり、暖かな照明では新たな深みと包み込むような雰囲気が現れます。

質感は重要な役割を果たします。下部はより充実した物質感と筆致で描かれ、表面に生命を宿し、近くで観察すると作品が変化します。離れて見ると静けさが支配的ですが、近づくと制作過程の痕跡、浮彫、微細な変化が現れ、瞬間ごとに異なる読み取り方を生み出します。

THE CENTER OF SILENCE

The Center of Silence is a work that invites the viewer to pause.

Its composition emerges from a serene, enveloping blue atmosphere, where a large circular form appears to gather all the energy of the painting. The eye is naturally drawn towards this center, as if the artwork concealed within it a place of stillness that can only be reached when everything else becomes quiet.

In the upper section, the circular brushstrokes create an almost hypnotic atmosphere, somewhere between mist, sky and horizon. Below, the material becomes more expressive and dynamic. The brushstrokes, textures and layers of blue-grey tones evoke the surface of the sea, while also suggesting something more intimate: thoughts, emotions and memories that remain in motion while, at the center, everything seems to find its balance.

The work does not seek to depict a specific place. Rather, it captures a feeling: that moment when we stop looking outward and begin to look within.

The blue, grey and soft green tones create a particularly calm and sophisticated presence. Depending on the lighting, the artwork can reveal different nuances: under cooler light it becomes more ethereal and silent, while warmer lighting brings out greater depth and a more enveloping atmosphere.

Texture plays an essential role. The lower areas are developed with greater material presence and expressive brushwork, allowing the surface to come alive and change when viewed from different distances. From afar, serenity dominates; up close, the marks, reliefs and subtle variations of the painting become visible, revealing a different reading each time.

PRESENTATION & CARE RECOMMENDATION

Upon receiving the artwork, I recommend carefully opening and unrolling it and allowing the canvas to rest flat before mounting, particularly after transportation. This allows the canvas to gradually adapt to its new environment.

Once installed, it is recommended to display the work in a space with suitable lighting, avoiding prolonged direct exposure to sunlight.

For proper conservation, avoid excessive humidity, sudden temperature changes and direct contact with the painted surface. As the texture is an essential part of the artwork, do not rub the surface or clean it with liquid products.
