重要なクォーツ標本で、豊かな結晶化を特徴とし、サイズの異なる多数の柱状結晶が基質上に複数方向に発展している。
大きな結晶は、よく整った形状と定義された終端を持ち、標本を支配している。中間部の空間を埋めるように、より細く細長い結晶が密集して成長しており、複雑で観賞価値の高い群像を作り出している。 表面にはクォーツ特有の筋目が見られ、いくつかの結晶は高い透明感を示し、特に終端部で内部構造がよく見え、光の演出に興味深い効果を生み出している。
背面および基質の一部には濃い緑色の鉱物沈殿も見られ、全体に心地よい色彩の対比を加えている。
写真に見られるように、いくつかの結晶は終端部に欠けや割れを持つ。
